體驗自己

「自體驗」是什麼呢？在「自體驗」中，沒有安住者與被安住之處的分別。

「自體驗」是一種在認出的過程中的安住。就其運作的方式而言，可以說它是體驗著自己的體驗本身。

Experiencing Oneself

What sort of a thing is self-experience? In self-experience there is no between something resting and something being rested in. 

Self-experience is this sort of a resting in the very process of recognition. To speak in terms of how it functions, one could say it is the experience itself of experiencing oneself [laughs].
