朝外的注意力

在注意力朝外的情況下，心體驗著其自身的感受。這些感受是心自己被自己所體驗。這就是所謂的「自覺」或「自己體驗著自己的覺知」。

Outward Focus

With this outward focus as the environment, consciousness experiences its own feelings; these feelings are the mind itself being experienced by itself. That is what is referred to as "self-awareness," or "self-contained awareness."
