嫻熟力

若於如是如夢之顯空，白晝夜晚絲毫無差別，

獲得無疑穩固之確信，說為以嫻熟力得自主。

密勒日巴道歌〈八自在〉釋論，西元1991年夏季，堪布竹清嘉措仁波切作於「洛磯山佛法中心」。

Force of Habituation

When there is the stable conviction free
     from doubts that
Those appearances and emptiness, which
     are dreamlike
Do not differ during the day and night,
It is taught that freedom is attained through
     the force of such habituation.
