禪修得自在

由於萬法顯空如夢故，若於日夜顯相無差別，

穩固確信於見自在中，無散而住禪修得自在。

密勒日巴道歌〈八自在〉釋論，西元1991年夏季，堪布竹清嘉措仁波切作於「洛磯山佛法中心」。

Mastery of the Meditation

All phenomena are appearance-emptiness,
     like dreams.
Therefore, when there is stable certainty
     that the appearances of day and night
Are inseparable, the view is mastered.
Remaining undistracted in that state is
      mastery of meditation.
